Job Description
The Administrative Assistant role involves a range of tasks, including supporting services, data entry, invoice processing, reception cover, and report creation. The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Power BI, as well as in-house Fleet Management and Corporate Finance systems.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and validation to support Fleet and Valet services
- Create and process invoices efficiently.
- Manage reception cover and ensure seamless communication.
- Create reports and monitor key business processes
- Raise and process purchase orders and manage stock levels.
