Perrigo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Support Specialist to join their team remotely. As a Product Support Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in responding to and handling questions, complaints, and inquiries for assigned product lines.

Role of the Job

The Product Support Specialist is responsible for performing customer service tasks to promote positivity and collaboration to serve and satisfy consumers 100% of the time. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced stressful environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to and handle questions, complaints, and inquiries for assigned product lines.
  • Ensure all reports are processed in accordance with established company procedures, regulations, and standards.
  • Provide assistance and education to consumers via telephone and email correspondence.
  • Achieve Call Center standards in regard to quality and promote the Perrigo business within.

Qualification Needed

  • High School diploma required.
  • 3 years of professional work experience in customer service, with expertise in phone support.
  • Computer literacy is required, with experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to speak French is preferred.
