Role of the Job

The Virtual Assistant is responsible for keeping daily operations on track by performing various tasks, including sending building-wide memos, coordinating move-ins/outs, and managing compliance calendars.

Main Responsibilities

  • Send building-wide memos and clear tenant updates.
  • Coordinate smooth transitions, key turnovers, and access controls.
  • Schedule inspections, track appliance inventory, and maintain compliance calendars.
  • Coordinate access for vendors and contractors.
  • Keep ‘finishes’ spec-sheets organized and prepare compliance paperwork.

Qualification Needed

  • 2 years in an administrative or office support role in property management or real estate.
  • Experience using AppFolio, Buildium, Tenant Turner, or Propertyware.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
  • Solution-focused mindset with the ability to ask questions and solve problems.
