Role of the Job

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for engaging leads, uncovering their needs, and setting them on the path to success with innovative lighting and audio solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Engage and qualify leads through targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Conduct discovery calls/emails to assess budget alignment, project timelines, technical requirements, and decision-making authority.
  • Provide detailed needs assessments and recommendations to the Business Development team.
  • Keep all lead data, company info, and interaction notes complete and up-to-date.
  • Optimize and maintain lead scoring models for inbound leads.
  • Build segmented lists to support targeted nurture campaigns.

Qualification Needed

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, lead qualification, or sales development.
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Technical aptitude to quickly understand and assess cinema & creator lighting systems and professional audio gear.
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset — curious, resourceful, and goal-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary Package
