WOW Remote Teams is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team as a remote part-time employee. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support to a sustainable superfoods e-commerce company.

Role of the Job

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via email and live chat, managing customer orders and returns, and maintaining the online FAQ. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple customer queries.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via email and live chat.
  • Manage customer orders, returns, and refunds across Shopify, DTC, and Amazon.
  • Track and manage online reviews and brand reputation, including moderating comments on Meta and Amazon.
  • Monitor and report inventory levels and discrepancies on Shopify and Amazon.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Qualifications Needed

  • Fluent in English with excellent written grammar and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace and navigating Chromebooks.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, and similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving ability.
