Solé Bicycles is seeking a creative, analytical, and strategic marketing leader to oversee the execution and performance of all marketing initiatives. As the Head of Marketing, you’ll play a crucial role in driving growth strategy across paid, email, SMS, affiliate, and content, while coordinating cross-functional efforts and managing internal and external resources.

Role of the Job

The Head of Marketing will oversee the overall marketing strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment with company goals, brand direction, and revenue targets. This role requires strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to drive execution across multiple digital channels.

Main Responsibilities

  • Own the overall marketing strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment with company goals and revenue targets.
  • Oversee and manage paid media performance with a focus on metrics like ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
  • Lead and optimize email and SMS marketing campaigns using tools like Klaviyo and Postscript.
  • Oversee and grow affiliate programs, managing onboarding, tracking, and partner communication.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data using GA4, Shopify, and related tools.
  • Coordinate with creative resources to ensure campaigns are visually compelling and on-brand.

Qualifications Needed

  • 3+ years in a full-stack or leadership marketing role, ideally with a DTC or lifestyle brand.
  • Experience managing paid media teams or agencies with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, Refersion, GA4, Shopify, and Slack.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute across multiple digital channels.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
