Job Description
The HR Administrator will manage HR records, coordinate onboarding processes, prepare contracts and HR documentation, and support payroll and benefits administration. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Process HR forms and ensure timely issuance of employee documentation
- Conduct regular audits of employee records and prepare mandatory compliance reports
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and company data protection policies
- Manage Oracle NetSuite HR system and provide support
- Conduct new starter HR inductions and support onboarding activities
- Handle routine employment-related inquiries and provide HR support
