Role of the Job
The Social Media Virtual Assistant will play a critical role in managing scheduling and high-volume posting across multiple platforms, creating and editing written content, and supporting content creation with basic graphic design and formatting. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can handle a fast-paced, high-volume workload.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling and high-volume posting (200-400 pieces daily) across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create and edit written content, including captions, blog posts, and newsletters
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage community interactions while keeping brand voice
- Handle administrative support tasks related to content and social media workflows
Qualifications Needed
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Assistant, or similar role
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Experience using scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite)
- Basic content creation and graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
- Understanding of blog formatting and basic SEO best practices
