Role of the Job
The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in informing business decisions through data-driven insights. This will involve working closely with the Data Team and cross-functional squads to optimize onboarding funnels, improve conversion rates, and identify trends and insights. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying patterns and trends, and communicating insights to stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Proposing and measuring experiments to optimize onboarding funnels and improve conversion rates. This will involve designing and implementing A/B tests, analyzing results, and communicating insights to stakeholders.
- Defining and tracking metrics to measure user engagement and feature adoption. This will involve working with stakeholders to define key metrics, developing dashboards and reports, and analyzing trends and insights.
- Conducting deep-dive analyses to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions. This will involve analyzing complex data sets, identifying patterns and trends, and communicating insights to stakeholders.
- Enabling other departments to self-serve their data needs through data tools and platforms. This will involve working with stakeholders to understand their data needs, developing training and documentation, and providing support and guidance.
Qualifications Needed
- 3+ years of experience working in a Data Analyst role (or similar).
- Strong SQL skills, including experience working with dbt.
- Full understanding of event-tracking platforms (such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment).
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Based in the United Kingdom.
