Role of the Job

The Bi-lingual Healthcare Customer Service Rep will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Field customer inquiries and respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, escalating when necessary
  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Meet sales objectives as defined

Qualifications Needed

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • 6 months of customer service experience minimum
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
