Role of the Job
As a Customer Support Representative, your mission will be to provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring their success with Umsatz. You will work closely with the development team to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and drive growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems
- Analyze customer issues and identify areas for process improvement
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve complex customer issues
- Categorize and analyze insights from customer conversations to improve products and processes
- Optimize and expand the knowledge database, creating instructions, bots, and auto-replies
- Identify potential for a better customer journey and develop self-service solutions
- Take responsibility for own projects and ensure successful completion within a quarter
- Participate in onboarding calls with customers to ensure a smooth start with Umsatz
