Role of the Job
As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights. Your primary responsibilities will include generating insights, building strategic understanding of the business, and structuring complex projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive the direction of strategy through proactive analysis and bring data-driven rigor to product development.
- Create metrics to understand user behavior and drive product decisions.
- Develop and maintain Looker dashboards, reports, and metrics that assess business and customer outcomes.
- Ensure accurate reporting to third parties and regulators, and build and maintain controls to ensure business processes are running as intended.
- Lead projects to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility of data.
Qualification Needed
- Proficiency in using a variety of data analysis tools, including SQL and Looker.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and work autonomously.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists.
