Role of the Job
As an Operations Specialist – Payments, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless payment operations, collaborating with team members, banking partners, and customers. Your primary responsibilities wI’ll include onboarding customers, ensuring documentation requirements are met, and resolving issues.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure all documentation required by banking partners is correct and collected in a timely manner.
- Work with customers, banking partners, and payments processors to resolve issues and ensure compliance.
- Monitor day-to-day documentation requirements and ensure the efficiency of payment systems.
- Work closely with support teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.
Qualification Needed
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CDD and KYC requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, banking partners, and team members.
- Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
