About the Role

As a Customer Insight Analyst, you’ll lead customer research projects that help shape the future of NHS Property Services. Working with both quantitative (approximately 70%) and qualitative (approximately 30%) research methods, you’ll collect customer feedback, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations that improve customer experience and organisational performance.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, Delivery, and Data teams to ensure customer insights influence key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer research programmes including surveys and interviews.
  • Design, test, and manage customer surveys.
  • Conduct qualitative interviews with senior healthcare stakeholders.
  • Analyse quantitative and qualitative customer data.
  • Produce reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Present findings to senior leaders and internal stakeholders.
  • Improve customer insight reporting processes.
  • Support the annual Customer Insights Report.
  • Work alongside CRM and Power BI teams to improve reporting.
  • Enhance business processes using AI, Power Automate, and other digital tools.
  • Maintain strong data governance and data quality standards.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to improve customer experience.

Skills and Experience Required

Successful applicants should have:

  • Experience in customer insight, research, or data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience designing surveys and conducting customer interviews.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and produce business recommendations.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Power BI (preferred but not essential).
  • Knowledge of AI, Power Automate, or Power Query is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Passion for improving customer experience.
