What You’ll Be Doing
As a Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Trainer, you will:
- Coach and mentor apprentices in Health and Social Care.
- Deliver engaging learning sessions both remotely and in the workplace.
- Support learners to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for apprenticeship success.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Build strong relationships with employers and apprentices.
- Ensure learners complete their apprenticeship standards successfully.
- Manage your own workload while meeting performance targets.
Salary
- Up to £32,877 per year
- London/South East weighting where applicable

Essential Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Level 3 qualification (or above) in Health and Social Care
- Significant current experience working in Health and Social Care
- Experience in a senior care role
- Knowledge of:
- Dementia Care
- Learning Disabilities
- Adult Health and Social Care
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines
Desirable Qualifications
The following would be an advantage:
- Level 3 Teaching Qualification
- Experience within education or apprenticeship training
- Experience working in Work-Based Learning (WBL)
