About the Role
The Home Office is seeking a highly organised Administrative Support Officer to provide vital administrative and coordination support within the Immigration Enforcement Licensing Compliance Team.
The successful candidate will manage correspondence, coordinate with local authorities and police forces, maintain accurate records, prepare documentation, and support licensing enforcement activities that help ensure compliance with UK immigration laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the team’s shared mailbox and respond to enquiries promptly.
- Liaise with Home Office teams, local authorities, and police forces.
- Submit requests for premises licence information.
- Prepare and redact review packs.
- Coordinate the dispatch and tracking of review packs.
- Maintain accurate records using PRONTO and other systems.
- Ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Support licensing compliance operations across Immigration Enforcement.
