Job Description:
Join CTM as a Travel Advisor and deliver exceptional travel experiences for business travelers! You’ll arrange domestic and international travel, communicate with clients, and provide top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to determine travel needs
- Arrange travel services, including air, ground transportation, and hotel
- Use GDS (Global Distribution System) to book travel
- Provide consultative services, adhering to CTM’s Travel Policy
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate records and passenger profiles
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of travel counselor experience
- Proficient in Sabre GDS
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
