Responsibilities

  • Attend screen share calls to fix issues and guide clients.
  • Join team meetings to improve support.
  • Be available during business hours for unexpected needs.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Team player, able to learn software fast.
