Customer Support Specialist

Salary: $22.50 – $25.50/hr

Role Of the job 

Be the voice of BRĒZ. Help customers with orders, product questions, subscriptions, billing, and feedback. Focus on empathy, speed, and solutions-first support.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via email, chat, and social channels.
  • Resolve order, product, and billing issues quickly.
  • Track trends in complaints and provide insights.
  • Guide customers on subscriptions and products.
  • Support retention by identifying churn risks and offering solutions.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in customer service (CPG, beverage, DTC, wellness preferred).
  • Strong written communication with empathy and clarity.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with tools like Rich Panel, Shopify, Notion, Slack.
