Be the voice of BRĒZ. Help customers with orders, product questions, subscriptions, billing, and feedback. Focus on empathy, speed, and solutions-first support.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via email, chat, and social channels.
- Resolve order, product, and billing issues quickly.
- Track trends in complaints and provide insights.
- Guide customers on subscriptions and products.
- Support retention by identifying churn risks and offering solutions.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years in customer service (CPG, beverage, DTC, wellness preferred).
- Strong written communication with empathy and clarity.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with tools like Rich Panel, Shopify, Notion, Slack.
