Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research for content opportunities
• Write in-depth articles, guides, and thought leadership pieces
• Adapt tone/style for different audiences and clients
• Optimize for SEO traffic growth & organic link building
• Perform occasional outreach to journalists/bloggers
• Implement editor/client feedback effectively

Requirements

• 2–3 years writing tech/SaaS content (published work required)
• Knowledge of automation, AI, CX, marketing, SaaS tools
• Experience with digital content (guides, roundups, comparisons)
• Strong communication & project management skills
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality & deadlines
• Creative ability to generate engaging ideas
