Role of the Job

Craft compelling proposals and RFP responses that showcase Twin Health’s value to payers, employers, and health systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal, RFP, and RFI development from kickoff to submission
• Translate complex healthcare/tech concepts into clear narratives
• Collaborate with SMEs (clinical, data, ops) for accurate content
• Ensure compliance, formatting, and submission requirements
• Maintain and improve proposal content library
• Partner with marketing/design for visuals and formatting
• Research and track industry trends and competitor positioning

Requirements

• 2–5+ years in proposal writing or healthcare writing
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Experience in healthcare tech, digital health, or value-based care
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Comfortable cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments
• Familiar with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and proposal tools
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
