Role of the Job

Collect payments, resolve billing concerns, and ensure smooth cash flow while building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts for outstanding debts
• Communicate with clients via calls and emails
• Resolve billing concerns promptly
• Report collections updates and maintain records
• Build relationships and set billing expectations

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in billing or collections preferred
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Detail-oriented with ability to work with numbers/data
• Problem-solver with sound judgment in customer-facing situations
• Adaptable to changes in technology and processes
