Job Description:
FBSPL is seeking a Remote Customer Agent to connect with individuals who request guidance on long-term benefits planning programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide clarity and reassurance to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Speak with new inquiries and explore what they’re hoping to accomplish
- Explain program choices in a calm, easy-to-understand way
- Record conversation notes so clients move smoothly into the next phase
- Outline what the upcoming review steps look like
- Stay organized as you work through a consistent stream of warm leads
