Job Description:

Doctor Genius is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to drive revenue retention and expansion goals. You’ll provide expert-level product-based solutions, drive product adoption, and deliver fantastic customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Own a book of clients and drive renewals, retention, and expansion
• Lead strategic client conversations and training
• Manage an active call-based workflow and track performance
• Identify churn risk and take ownership of retention actions
• Build and present proposals that connect needs to solutions and value

Requirements:

• Strong consultative communication skills
• Confident in retention conversations and ROI/value
• Organized follow-through and ownership of outcomes
• Data awareness and technical proficiency in SaaS tools
• Experience in escalation handling, marketing, and account management
