Evolve LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to drive district-specific data insights across their active engagements. You’ll collaborate with district staff, build customized dashboards, and maintain accurate data to demonstrate Evolve’s organizational impact. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customized dashboards for each district engagement, tailored to their specific goals and frameworks
- Work closely with district staff to understand measurement goals, frameworks, and data systems
- Pull, clean, and organize data from district systems, including MTSS platforms, behavior tracking tools, SEL assessments, and academic performance databases
- Produce regular district-specific reports to reflect progress toward integration goals
- Feed clean, organized data to the Data Analytics Manager for Evolve’s organizational impact reports
- Flag data anomalies, gaps, or inconsistencies and surface them to the integration team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Education, Public Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in K12 education or public sector
- Proficiency in dashboard tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms
- Experience with student information systems and education data sets
- Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple concurrent district portfolios
- Familiarity with MTSS, PBIS, SEL, or RTI data is a significant plus
