Job Description:
Healing Head to Toe is seeking a dynamic and energetic Live Virtual Assistant / Call Answering Service professional to join our team! You’ll serve as the friendly, professional voice of our organization, providing exceptional customer support through live call answering, appointment scheduling, and administrative assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly using multi-line phone systems
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and maintain organized digital files
- Provide administrative support, including proofreading documents and managing emails
- Support customer service efforts and escalate complex concerns when necessary
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer support roles
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a remote setting
