Job Description:
From Scratch Bartending is a fast-growing, high-end event services brand seeking a driven and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Assistant to support lead management, booking coordination, and backend operations. You’ll play a key role in helping us build and scale our brand!
Responsibilities:
- Manage lead intake and follow-up processes
- Coordinate booking schedules and event logistics
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries
- Assist with data entry, CRM updates, and reporting
- Support marketing efforts and social media management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative or support roles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with CRM systems or lead management tools a plus
