Job Overview
Tradebe is looking for a Technical Support & Data Analyst to join its Corporate Sustainability & SHEQ team. This role focuses on managing business performance data, building dashboards, and supporting compliance systems across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management and Reporting
- Manage and validate Sustainability and SHEQ data
- Build and maintain dashboards using Excel and Power BI
- Ensure data accuracy, traceability, and audit readiness
- Improve reporting processes and data quality
Analysis and Insights
- Convert data into actionable business insights
- Prepare monthly performance reports for leadership
- Identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support reporting for compliance and operational teams
Technical and Systems Support (CCMA)
- Support development and improvement of compliance applications
- Assist with system setup, user access, and configuration
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support
- Create user guides and documentation
General Support
- Provide ad-hoc analytical and technical assistance
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, analysis, reporting)
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex data
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Interest in software systems and business applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
