Main Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your role will involve supporting residents with high-quality personal care while working collaboratively with the care team.
Key Duties Include:
- Assisting residents with personal hygiene and daily care
- Promoting independence, dignity, and respect
- Monitoring and reporting clinical risks such as:
- Falls
- Pressure sores
- Weight loss
- Signs of infection
- Supporting safe working practices
