Description
Liverpool City Council is recruiting for a Residential Worker to join a new Edge of Care Children’s Home team supporting children and families at risk of family breakdown.
The service provides short breaks and outreach support within the community and operates 7 days a week on a shift pattern basis.
As a Residential Worker, you will:
- Support children and families using a relational and whole-family approach
- Help families build on strengths and achieve positive change
- Work alongside professionals to ensure children’s emotional wellbeing and safety
- Deliver tailored and empowering support plans
- Follow safeguarding procedures and work with partner agencies to protect children and young people
