You will join a busy Customer Contact Centre, where you will provide a professional first point of contact for customers while also assisting with administrative and back-office activities.

What Will You Do?

As a Customer Support Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
  • Responding to customer enquiries and assisting with customer requests.

  • Updating and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Completing data entry activities.

  • Supporting the wider Customer Contact Centre with administrative tasks.
  • Providing back-office support to the wider team.
