About the Role

As a Housing Solutions Out of Hours Advice and Prevention Officer, you will provide urgent homelessness assistance outside normal working hours.

You will provide advice and guidance, assess immediate housing needs and arrange emergency accommodation where required.

You will also work with the out-of-hours assessment and prevention lead, partner agencies and daytime Housing Solutions teams to ensure continuity of service.
