- Identify residents’ support needs and respond appropriately to tenancy concerns.
- Investigate reports of anti-social behaviour, tenancy breaches and neighbourhood issues.
- Work with allocations and housing teams to manage vacant properties, new lettings and tenant home visits.
- Support residents with rent and service charge payments, including recovery action where necessary.
- Signpost residents to welfare services and other appropriate support agencies.
- Identify safeguarding concerns and work with partner organisations to protect residents’ health, safety and wellbeing.
- Build positive relationships with residents, stakeholders and local partners.
- Contribute to residents’ meetings and community initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records, monitor service performance and prepare reports and correspondence.
- Oversee relevant Careline connections and external service contracts.
Requirements and Skills
