About the Content Designer Role

The successful candidate will join Homes England’s User Centred Design team, working alongside service designers, user researchers, interaction designers and other content designers.

You will help evaluate, design and improve content across end-to-end user journeys for both internal and external services.

This is an opportunity to contribute to Homes England’s continued digital transformation while helping create modern, accessible and user-centred services.

You will play an important role in making information easier to understand and act upon, helping customers and colleagues achieve their goals while supporting better housing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Content Designer, your responsibilities will include:

• Creating clear, accessible and user-focused content.
• Designing content around user needs and organisational objectives.
• Working across end-to-end user journeys.
• Using evidence from user research, data and feedback to inform content decisions.
• Designing and publishing digital content.
• Prototyping and testing content ideas.
• Managing content throughout its lifecycle.
