About the Programme Manager Opportunity

Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting three Programme Managers to support the Transforming People Services (TPS) programme across NHS England’s London Region.

The programme aims to modernise how People Services are delivered throughout the NHS by replacing fragmented, manual processes with simpler, connected, digitally enabled and user-focused services.

The successful candidates will help turn national workforce transformation ambitions into practical improvements across a complex healthcare system. The three areas of interest are Digital Transformation, Service Design, and People & Change.
