Your work will help businesses explore suitable technologies, improve their processes and make informed decisions about digital transformation.
Although Technology Adoption Specialists lead direct advisory work with businesses, you will provide essential information, coordination and administrative support to help the programme operate effectively.

- Organisation and attention to detail: Confidence managing data, processes, records and reporting requirements accurately.
- Teamwork: The ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
- Adaptability: An interest in helping others adopt new systems, technologies and ways of working.

Applicants must submit a CV and answer questions designed to assess their relevant experience, research skills, organisation and approach to technology adoption.
The questions listed in the advert include:
- Describe a time you researched a digital system, technology or tool. How did you use your findings to support a decision, recommendation or improvement?
- Explain your experience supporting operational processes or workflows involving digital systems, platforms or data. Which tools did you use, and what was your role?
- A small or medium-sized manufacturing business is hesitant to adopt a new digital tool because of cost concerns and a lack of confidence. How would you support the business at an early stage?
- Give an example of how you maintained accuracy and organisation when working with data, systems or reporting requirements. What steps did you take?
