About the Role

As a Sales Consultant within the Probate Sales team, you will support clients who may be dealing with the loss of someone close to them and need guidance around probate and estate administration.

The role focuses on having thoughtful and respectful conversations, understanding each client’s circumstances and explaining available services in a straightforward way.

There is no cold calling. Clients contact Co-op Legal Services because they are seeking support, allowing you to focus on understanding their needs and helping them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Speak with clients by telephone and video in a sensitive and professional manner.
  • Listen to clients and understand their individual circumstances.
  • Explain probate and estate administration services clearly and without unnecessary jargon.

Working Pattern

This is a full-time remote UK position.
