Key Responsibilities
As a Ward Clerk/Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a professional and welcoming reception service.
- Welcoming and assisting patients, relatives, visitors and staff.

- Monitoring stationery and administrative supplies.

Qualifications and Training
Essential:
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or equivalent.
- Functional Skills Level 2 or above may also meet the requirement.
Desirable:
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Business Administration or Customer Service.
Experience
Essential:
- Experience working in an administrative environment.
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team.
Desirable:
- Previous NHS experience.
- Experience in a paediatric setting.
- Experience working with health records.
- Experience working with members of the general public.
