Role of the Job

The Customer Service Advisor role is to support customers with their post-purchase needs. This includes handling inbound calls, tracking orders, checking order status, and resolving issues. You’ll use your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and help frustrated customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers
• Assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs
• Use problem-solving skills to find quick solutions
• Help de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism
• Occasionally assist with upselling or cross-selling

Qualifications Needed

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• At least six months of experience in customer service
• High-speed internet access (download 10mbps+, upload 3mbps+, ping less than 175ms)
• Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM
• Secured workspace with a door that’s only accessible to you during work hours
• Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS is preferred
• Flexibility to work hours, seven days per week, including weekend days
