Customer Happiness Intern position available at Reedsy! This is a remote job, which means you can work from the comfort of your own home. Reedsy is looking for someone who can work full-time for 6 months, and can communicate effectively with the team.

Role of the Job
As a Customer Happiness Intern at Reedsy, you’ll be responsible for offering support to authors and creative publishing professionals, reviewing projects submitted on the platform, building customer funnels, and maintaining the FAQ section. Your goal will be to provide excellent customer service, optimize conversion, and contribute to the company’s mission.
Main Responsibilities
- Support users via email and in-app messages
- Review projects for quality and accuracy
- Build customer funnels
- Update FAQ section
- Suggest product features based on user feedback
- Maintain high NPS

Pay package
