Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for how Pleo wins with Accountants & Bookkeepers
• Own the product roadmap across workflow automation, client collaboration, insight & control, and scalable onboarding & support
• Define Pleo’s strategy to become the platform accountants choose for 90–100% of their client base
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to drive adoption and retention
• Run experiments, validate assumptions, and deliver partner value that translates into pipeline growth
• Explore build vs. buy strategies in partnership with SVP Partnerships, including M&A opportunity assessments
• Lead mapping and validation of the end-to-end Accountant & Bookkeeper journey within the first 3–6 months
• Contribute to shaping strategic bets in partnerships and acquisitions

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience: Proven product leadership in SaaS, fintech, accounting software, or partner ecosystems
• Bonus: M&A evaluation and integration experience
