Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer tickets via phone, email, and chat, gathering information to resolve issues quickly
Identify technical challenges and understand their impact on customer operations
Use product knowledge to troubleshoot and prevent recurring issues
Escalate complex problems to the right experts when necessary
Communicate proactively with customers to provide updates and maintain satisfaction
Contribute to Bullhorn’s global knowledge management system by flagging, editing, and creating articles
Maintain key performance metrics to ensure high standards in customer support

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years experience in technical troubleshooting in B2C or B2B environments preferred
1+ year experience delivering software support
Hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL Server) preferred
Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
Customer-focused with proven track record in client-facing roles
