Responsibilities
- Design and develop analytical packages in R and SQL to extract real-world evidence from OMOP healthcare databases
- Translate research specifications into documented instructions, debug queries, and prepare necessary documentation
- Support client consultation on study ideation, design, and results interpretation
- Execute retrospective analytical packages for OHDSI and other OMOP-based network initiatives
- Collaborate with OMOP data scientists and participate in OHDSI community projects
- Support training sessions and tutorials for customers as needed
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 18 months experience in R programming and analytical/quantitative research
- Strong communication skills for client and team collaboration
- Preferred: OMOP experience, SQL programming, Pharmaco-epidemiology or RWE background, consulting experience, AI/ML, Shiny dashboard experience
