About the Role

OSCAR Pro is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support data initiatives, optimize data management, and drive business growth. This role focuses on analyzing data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making to enhance efficiency and deliver innovative healthcare technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver actionable insights through ad hoc queries and reports.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Contribute to adoption of new systems and technologies.
  • Identify and lead initiatives to improve workflows, automate processes, and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in data science or computer science.
  • Experience with database querying (e.g., MySQL).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Snowflake.mStrong critical thinking and ability to analyze complex workflows.
  • Proven project management skills with ability to balance competing priorities.
