Role of the Job
Work with clients to drive retention, expansion, and satisfaction. Analyze customer metrics, identify growth opportunities, and improve client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Analyze metrics & identify growth opportunities
- Manage client communications (multi-channel)
- Conduct demos & assessments
- Handle admin and support tasks
Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS customer-facing role
- Skilled with Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, Zoom, Excel
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Bonus: Marketing automation, WordPress, Canva, Stripe
