Role of the Job

Accurately manage and process data in CRM systems while supporting customer service and ensuring data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately into CRM
• Collaborate with customer service team
• Review & correct errors/discrepancies
• Scan & manage documents
• Maintain confidentiality of information
• Generate & store reports, perform backups

Requirements

• Proven data entry experience
• Strong MS Word & Excel skills
• Basic database knowledge
• Good English & customer service skills
• High attention to detail
• Education: High school diploma (further education preferred)
