Role of the Job

Support dealerships by extracting, transferring, and managing data through CDK’s DSDA platform while providing process coaching and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Process repair order history and archived document extractions
• Assist with specialized data transfer and large DSDA sets
• Provide process coaching for DSDA use
• Support dealership staff with follow-through

Requirements

• 5+ years customer service & issue resolution experience
• Advanced DSDA knowledge required
• Strong data extraction & transformation skills
• Proficiency in SQL, BASH, Python & MS Office
• Excellent communication & ability to work independently
