Honest Health is hiring a Risk Adjustment Data Analyst to support CMS-HCC risk adjustment processes for the Medicare population. This full-time, US-remote role develops and automates risk score calculations, dashboards, and actionable insights to support internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Calculate and maintain risk scores using CMS HCC model for Medicare members
- Develop SQL processes to automate risk score runs across multiple datasets
- Evaluate project performance and identify value drivers for risk adjustment initiatives
- Create and maintain KPI processes and communicate results to internal stakeholders
- Build dashboards and automated reporting in Tableau for internal and external use
- Partner with internal teams (Actuarial, Finance, Health Economics) for forecasts and projections
- Support performance management and provider scorecard reporting
- Perform other data analytics and process improvement tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative field
- Master’s degree in analytics or computer science preferred
- 3+ years SQL experience and data analytics experience delivering actionable insights
- Advanced MS Excel skills with 3+ years’ experience
- Experience with large healthcare datasets strongly preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Knowledge of Medicare and Risk Adjustment preferred
- Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
