Salary: $12.78 per hour (U.S. workers), $11.09 per hour (H-2A workers).

Job Description:


LYL NATURAL HARVEST LLC is seeking reliable and skilled Farmworkers and Laborers to join our team in North Carolina! You’ll work on tobacco farms, performing tasks like harvesting, topping, and curing tobacco, as well as general farm maintenance. The job is outdoors, requiring physical labor in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Harvest and process tobacco
  • Perform farm maintenance tasks (weeding, raking, etc.)
  • Drive buses and operate farm equipment
  • Work in a team to meet production goals
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

  • 1 month of verifiable work experience in manual harvesting
  • Physically able to lift 75 pounds and work in outdoor conditions
  • Must be 18 years old
  • Pass post-hire drug testing (at no cost to worker)

Job Benefits:
