About the Care Assistant Role
Care Outlook is looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join its field-based care team.
The successful applicants will provide care and support to vulnerable and elderly clients in their own homes. The role involves travelling between clients’ homes and delivering personal care while helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Salary and Pay
£14.80 Per Hour
The employer states that the rate applies to one-hour visits and is paid for contact time only.

Working Hours

What Does a Care Assistant Do?
As a field-based Care Assistant, you will visit clients in their homes and provide practical and personal support.
Personal Care
- Helping clients with washing and bathing
- Supporting clients with toileting
- Assisting with dressing
- Providing appropriate personal care
- Supporting clients to maintain dignity and independence
Household Support
- Carrying out light housekeeping duties
- Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
Monitoring and Record Keeping
- Observing clients’ wellbeing
- Monitoring changes in clients’ needs
- Recording relevant information accurately
- Reporting concerns when necessary
